Never Left Alone Concierge Services is Hiring a Home Health Aide (HHA) Near Winter, FL

We are seeking to hire a well-trained or willing to be trained professional who is dedicated & compassionate with home care experience specializing in caring for seniors. We want a person to have the initiative to exceed the healthcare-norm in providing home care services and helping seniors thrive daily.

Job Description:

  • Work with 4-5 clients daily in 2 hour intervals to maintain a schedule of 40-50 hours a week.
  • Committed in providing beyond-the-norm homecare service.
  • Monitor & record the physical & cognitive changes of the clients and help them with medication reminders.
  • Assist efficiently the clients with their basic ADL and IADL needs.
  • Engage in meaningful activities with the client while building rapport with them & their families.
  • Display professionalism, respect, & discreetness toward clients and NLACS team.
  • Remain calm in stressful situations & provide a quick solutions to any challenges that may arise at work.
  • Responsibly report admin following company guidelines during emergencies.
  • Commit & be consistent with work ethics, quality and punctuality, with the drive for professional growth.
  • Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Requirements:

  • Alzheimer's / Dementia Training (will train)
  • CPR / First Aid Certificate
  • Health Screening results
  • Clear Background Screening
  • At least 18 years old
  • At least 2 years of professional geriatric skilled caregiving experience.
  • Valid driver's license ID
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Reliable cell phone

Job Types: PRN, Contract

Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
