Forsyth Seafood Market & Cafe in Winston Salem, NC is looking for one fry cook to join our 17 person strong team. We are located on 108 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr.. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities for the Fry position would include:
- Meeting cook time standards
- Following proper oil rotation
- Properly using, cleaning, assembling, and disassembling appropriate equipment
- Maintaining an organized and stocked fry station
- Understanding and following proper safety and sanitation practices.
- Demonstrating teamwork
- Understanding and following prep sheets
- Using and following our in house recipes
- Performing opening and closing duties
