CareCo Medical is an agile home health agency emphasizing quality care and patient/family engagement. We work closely with hospitals, physicians, and community providers bringing a wide array of care and services to patients in their homes.
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Registered Nurse that can work with minimal supervision to join our team, working primarily in North Windham County. You will be responsible for the overall well-being of our patients and their families, providing nursing care, education, and support helping the patient move towards self-care.
Most work is remote or in the homes of patients. Time required to be at the Waterford office is minimal. Compensation is paid for each completed visit and documentation. We offer training, professional development and technology to support the skills needed for maximum effectiveness, enhancing your care management skills as you manage each patients’ unique needs. We offer a great work environment and caring atmosphere. Benefits including time off, health insurance, and agency vehicle are dependent on the number of units worked each week.
