Shenandoah University’s Office of Admissions is accepting applications for an Admissions Data Processing Specialist. This is a full-time benefited position located on our main campus in Winchester, Virginia.
The Admissions Data and Processing Specialist supports the University’s student recruitment efforts and the Admissions Systems office by ensuring accurate assessment, entry, and quality assurance of all undergraduate and graduate application materials.
The Data and Processing Specialist must be able to work in an organized and systematic manner, be detail-oriented, and have the flexibility to manage competing priorities as needed by the Office of Admissions.
The records maintained and processed by the Data and Processing Specialist are the foundation for communications with prospective students and admissions decisions.
Timely, efficient, and accurate record maintenance is essential.
Provides quality assurance of imports once completed. Provides support for other system downloads, as needed.
