RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee finishing systems for plants across the US
- Work with suppliers to analyze and develop the most robust finish chemistry that leads to best in class aesthetics, fast dry times, and is most cost effective.
- Manage plant finishing projects
- Lead improvements to preventative and predictive maintenance program

- 3 years of 3 years of manufacturing experience with large process systems
- 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
- 2 years of leading manufacturing projects
- Some US based travel required
