Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Office Manager to start and manage a de-novo dental office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hiring, managing, and leading dental teams to achieve outstanding results. This role requires excellent organizational skills, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of dental office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the setup and opening of a new dental office, ensuring all systems and processes are in place.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage dental staff including dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative personnel.
  • Manage the daily operations of the dental office, including scheduling, patient flow, billing, and inventory management.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the office’s performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction by maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Coordinate with dental professionals to optimize patient care and treatment plans.
  • Manage office budgets, expenses, and financial records to ensure profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in dental office , with a preference for experience in opening new offices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of dental office operations, including scheduling, billing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with dental office software and management systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
