Burrito Shak is a fast growing local Franchise with stores across the state. Developed by a former fine dining chef, Burrito Shak brings a quick, crafted, and coastal vibe to the fast casual tex-mex industry. We are a family ran company focused on having fun while serving up some excellent food.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food production, customer service, and staff management.
- Work alongside staff to ensure successful service
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and providing exceptional service.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize resources to achieve financial targets.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee development.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the food service industry, preferably in a restaurant or catering environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
** Must have willingness to obtain Servsafe Food Manager Certification
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
