Their mission is to engage the resources of Southeastern North Carolina to restore rail passenger service from Wilmington to Raleigh. Eastern Carolina Rail aims to rally further public and private support to transform this initiative into a tangible reality. Role Description This is a volunteer remote role for a Grant Writer at Eastern Carolina Rail. The Grant Writer will be responsible for grant administration, proposal writing, prospect research, grant writing, fundraising, and supporting the organization's efforts to restore passenger rail service.
