OVERVIEW
Ourclient is seeking a dedicated Client Services Associate to supporttheir financial consultants in providing excellent customer serviceto their clients.
The client service associate acts as an assistantto one or more financial professionals. The ideal person helpsfinancial advisors with specific tasks that may or may not requirethem to interact with clients.
Activities a client serviceassociate can engage in include both clerical and administrativework.
JOBSUMMARY
Theclient service associate can carry out a number of different tasksbut all of them generally serve the same purpose which is tostrengthen advisorclient relationships to ensure that clients aresatisfied.
Additionally you will work closely with other teamspreparing documents before client meetings organizing sales andpresentation materials compiling meeting notes and setting upclient access for new accounts.
On a daily basis you will alsohandle other administrative tasks such as answering phone callsemails sending deadline reminders to consultants and updatingclientdatabases.

Compileand update necessary documents andcontracts
Preparepresentationmaterials
Gathermeeting notes and input them to clientfiles
Obtainand process all client information andtransactions
Createnew accounts and maintain clientportfolios
Performadministrative and clerical duties asnecessary
Respondingto client inquiries for information about products andservices.
Schedulingadvisorclientmeetings.
Draftingwritten or electronic communications on behalf ofadvisors.
Loggingand tracking customer calls oremails.
Recordingand resolving customercomplaints.
Filingand organizing clientpaperwork.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS&SKILLS
Highschool diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree inbusiness finance or related fieldpreferred.
Experienceas a Client Services Associate or other administrative role in thefinancial industry is aplus.
