Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes.

Conduct process simulations and perform data analysis to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless process integration.

Design and implement process control systems to monitor the process and ensure the target was achieved.

Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues to minimize downtime and improve yield.

Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.

Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspecting and ensuring the normal operation of equipment and processes in our solar panel module manufacturing facility
• Developing and providing training on manufacturing work instructions and procedures
• Addressing and proposing solutions for various accidents and issues that may arise during the production process
• Making and maintaining daily operation and maintenance records of relevant systems
• Following work arrangements, rules, and processes, as well as safety and conduct policies
• Completing other work and tasks assigned by the supervisor or management
• Cooperating with the engineer to provide on-site guidance for special operations
• Performing other duties and special projects as needed
• Joining a training program in South East Asia and China (may be required)

QUALIFICATIONS

• An associate degree or above in a related field, such as industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering
• At least 2 years of relevant practical work experience, preferably in solar modules or semiconductors
• Skillful use of computer office software and AUTOCAD software
• Dedication, hard work, reliability, and adaptability to shifts and pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
