Position: Window Cleaner
Location: Willow Grove, PA
Employment Type: Full Time

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
• Opportunity for overtime on Saturdays

About the Role:
As a Window Cleaner, you'll be a key player in delivering top-notch service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Window cleaning (exterior and interior buildings)
• Pressure washing
• High dusting services

What You'll Do:

• Perform various field service tasks.
• Safely operate aerial lifts, scaffolding, and other equipment as required.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including working at various heights and in different weather conditions.
• Load and unload equipment, lifting, moving, pulling, and pushing objects weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Travel to job sites and perform duties according to assigned schedules.
• Learn and apply proper techniques and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and foster a culture of teamwork.

Requirements

• Physical fitness to stand, bend, lift, and perform tasks requiring physical exertion.
• Comfortable working at heights and willingness to learn to use aerial work platforms and rope descent systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a work vehicle.
• Flexibility to work in all weather conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
