Job Overview:
CAT Controls LLC is seeking a skilled Shop Foreman to lead our production team in fabricating electrical control panels. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure quality and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Supervision and Quality Assurance:

• Oversee assembly, wiring, and engraving processes for electrical control panels.
• Provide technical guidance and support to shop staff.
• Implement quality control measures to verify panel accuracy and functionality.
• Conduct inspections and tests to identify and resolve defects.

Production Planning and Training:

• Collaborate with management to develop production schedules.
• Optimize workflow and resource allocation.
• Train and mentor shop staff on assembly techniques and procedures.
• Identify training needs for skills enhancement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical panel fabrication, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of electrical components and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
