Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Help Desk Support Specialist Level I/II. The Help Desk Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to our clients. Assisting with all aspects of IT from general desktop support to network troubleshooting and implementation. Providing phone and remote support as well as on-site customer support as needed. Our office is based in Willoughby, OH
Qualifications
- Technical Support, Troubleshooting, Help Desk Support skills
- Experience with desktop and laptop computers
- Server support
- Active Directory
- Microsoft 365
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in IT support or related fields is a plus
- Knowledge of software and hardware systems
- Certifications in IT support or related fields are beneficial
