P&A Security, LLC is Hiring a Security Officer Near Willmar, MN
We are seeking a motivated, team oriented, professional individual for our weekend overnight shifts (Saturday 5:00 pm - 5:00 am and Sunday 5:00 pm - 5:00 am) and weekend day shifts (Saturday 5:00 am - 5:00 pm and Sunday 5:00 am - 5:00 pm and weekday overnight shifts (Monday through Thursday 9:00 pm - 5:00 am, Friday 7:00 pm - 5:00 am) .
On-site premises security (walking and mobile patrol) at contracted client location(s). The security vehicle is provided for the on-site mobile patrol.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a positive and professional image of company and clients
- Be able to articulate verbally and write legible shift reports.
- Maintaining a safe and professional environment at work site and in the building(s).
- Maintain regular contact with client employees and security staff members.
- Respond to fire alarms and/or other emergencies and direct the employees/occupants to safety.
- Work with the Fire/EMS/law Enforcement and client management/supervision during evacuation or investigation at the building(s).
- Check in with other security officers during shift change.
- Ensure that visitors are authorized to be in the facilities and perform a range of other security-related tasks per the Post Orders at each contracted facility.
- Training and uniforms provided.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must have a valid driver's license.

P&A Security, LLC is a Veteran owned and operated, MN licensed agency (MN Protective Agent Lic. # 2007). We provide contract uniformed premises security, special event security, inmate and mental health/detox watches at medical facilities and mental health/detox transports for local municipal, county agencies and mental health/detox facilities.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
