SCOPE OF DUTIES

1. Interact verbally and nonverbally with clients, staff, and outside contacts professionally with respect and courtesy.
2. Maintain client and staff confidentiality in compliance with administrative policies and procedures.
3. Attend and participate in regularly scheduled staff meetings, supervisory conferences, training sessions and external meetings as required.
4. Interview the client, their families and other involved persons/agencies to obtain significant social and other data needed for diagnosis and treatment planning.
5. Conduct, review and cosign assessments for the purpose of establishing a plan to enhance the client's capacity for social functioning and community reintegration.
6. Facilitates FVPP curriculum as well as individual sessions.

7. Ensures fidelity to the AIP model, standards and group curriculum, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and quality of clinical documentation.

8. Provides one-on-one and group clinical supervision to staff weekly.

9. Identify and implements appropriate referrals and linkages in the maintained extensive directory or resources.
10. Assists in the coordination of the Multi-Disciplinary Treatment Team for all participants for the purpose of collaborating and coordinating client treatment according to risk assessment, treatment, behavioral monitoring, to optimize treatments for clients.
11. Prepares reports containing findings, conclusions, and recommendations as required by funding source.
12. Document client employment and progress in client's case file, and collects data as required by funding sources.
13. Participate in required internal/external meetings.
14. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

CREDENTIALS/ABILITIES

The employee in this position must hold professional mental health license (LPC/LCSW); and possess a minimum of 21 hours of training in clinical supervision; Possess a minimum of 100 hours providing general clinical supervision during the past 5 years; working knowledge of social learning theory, Cognitive-Behavioral intervention, motivational interviewing skills, and approaches, assessment and evaluation. Strong people skills. Training in experience in domestic violence is required, as well as working with underserved or culturally specific populations (i.e. immigrant, female, LQTQ , etc.). Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills, outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet agency standards.

1. Regularly required to stand and walk.
2. Occasionally lift and move up to 25 lbs.
3. Ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes remain fixed on a given point.
