Soni is Hiring a Payroll Specialist Near Willingboro, NJ
Soni Resources' client is currently seeking a Payroll Specialist responsible for processing, recording, and reporting of employee earnings, statutory withholdings of taxes, garnishments, etc., along with deductions for authorized employee benefits.
Job Duties:
- Maintain employee payroll records
- Pull electronic timecard reports and PTO approval from ADP
- Audit time and attendance entries and employee’s schedule
- Maintain payroll data entries such as 401k deductions, third party sick pays, garnishments etc.
- Generate and save weekly & Bi- weekly payroll reports.
- Ensure proper tax reporting and compliance.
- Update payroll reconciliation records
- Provide support for Payroll processing
- Serve /carry out duties of Payroll Supervisor in their absence
Requirements:
- Three or more years of payroll related experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degrees (A.A) in accounting or equivalent from two-year college preferred
- Solid understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws
- Experience with ADP WFN a plus
Compensation: $80,000-$85,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
