Experienced Practice Administrator needed for our busy, multi-location and growing Medical/Dental Practice. Must be reliable, committed to achieving measurable results, open to change, and able to partner with the executive management team to achieve company goals. The ideal candidate would work closely with our Board of Directors implementing decision to achieve the desired outcomes. Experience with medical and dental billing will be considered a plus or managing a DSO or MSO. The primary responsibility of the operations manager is to assure successful day-to-day operations of our practice utilizing professional leadership skills and initiative. The administrator will have an assistant manager working directly underthem to aid in practice management to achieve desired outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
Directly supervise staff to ensure all jobs are done completely and correctly
Problem-solve issues providing solutions to the Board of Directors
Oversee service to our clients and patients, assuring its quality and consistency are meeting practice standards
Develop new standards with supportive training initiatives as identified by the Board of Directors
Closely monitor and alter daily activities to promote a full and productive patient schedule
Work with staff to promote new patient recruitment and retention
Supervise, train, and coach administrative staff and assist clinical supervisors as needed
Performance management of all office and clinical staff including employee reviews, progressive discipline, hiring and firing
Ensure appropriate resources, support, and training materials are available. Conduct periodic meetings with staff/managers and complete yearly reviews.
Comply with internal cash and financial standards and processes
Implement and oversee inventory management and expense controls
Produce and review management, productivity, and budgetary reports
Monitor all legal requirements for state, local and county as it relates to clinic operations
Ensure maintenance of practice and equipment and facility maintenance
Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and standard business practices
Ability to prioritize tasks in an ever-changing environment
Perform other duties and special projects as required
Exhibit a can-do attitude in all endeavors
