Our team provides sound, common sense solutions for a wide range of projects including land surveying, municipal engineering, land development, permitting, environmental services, stormwater management, and construction management.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Land Surveyor. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting topographic surveys, performing land surveying work using Drones, GPS, Total Station and other surveying equipment, building surveying, data processing, and surveying for various types of projects. The Land Surveyor may work remotely part of the time but is expected to be based in Williamsport, PA.

Qualifications

  • Experience in conducting Topographic Surveys and Land Surveying
  • Proficiency in using Total Station and surveying equipment
  • Building Surveying skills
  • Expertise in Surveying for various types of projects
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in surveying work
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with project stakeholders and team members
  • Associates Degree in Surveying Technology or Equivalent Work Experience
  • 3-5 years of professional experience preferred
  • Surveyor-in-Training (SIT) License preferred with the goal of obtaining a Professional Land Surveyor License
  • Experience in using surveying software, data processing, and CAD systems
