Pro Fireworks is looking for fun, energetic sales associates for the Traverse City location.

Description: We're looking for an energetic sales associate that works well with other staff and customers. We'll educate you on product and sales technique. Being reliable, friendly, outgoing, and paying attention to detail are essential characteristics. It's a fun work environment that can be fast paced at times. Full and part time available through Labor Day.

Job Duties: Employees must be able to work as a team and maintain positive attitudes towards each other and customers.
Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
Compute sales prices, total purchases, and receive and process cash or credit payment.
Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandising based on customer needs and desires.
Answer questions regarding the store and it's merchandise.
Describe merchandise and explain use, operation and care to customers.
Ticket, arrange, and display merchandise to promote sales.

Availability Requirements: Holiday and weekend availability are required including July 4th.

Qualifications: Use excellent guest service skills. Strong work ethic and integrity. Inspired by the merchandise we sell. Learn new technology and enjoys solving problems. Values learning, growth, development and has interest to cross train and work in other areas of the store as needed..
