- Programming and Configuration:
- Write, test, and modify programs that direct the actions of robotic equipment.
- Use robotic software (e.g., Roboguide, etc.) to create precise instructions for manufacturing or industrial applications.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and operators to ensure efficient robot operation.
- Safety and Efficiency:
- Understand safe robot concepts and adhere to safety protocols.
- Optimize robot movements to enhance productivity while maintaining safety standards.
- Conduct regular assessments of robot performance throughout the duration of the project.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Assist in building or assembling robotic devices or systems.
- Perform corrective or preventative maintenance on robots and their components.
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble robots as needed.
- Technical Expertise:
- Familiarity with industrial automation systems, including various robot brands (e.g., Fanuc, Motoman, KUKA, ABB).
