Benefits of being a Furniture Sales Associate at Wichita Furniture, INC. :
- Aggressive compensation plan: $60,000-$100,000per year
- A robust benefit package including traditional benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.)
- Excellent paid time off benefits including five paid holidays a year. (Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day)
- Guaranteed hourly rate of pay
- No commission cap

Qualifications of Retail Furniture Sales / Design Associate:
- Must LOVE working with people
- Must be willing and ready to have fun at work
- Ability to work in a “pay for performance" culture (commission based)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic computer, phone, and tablet skills required
- Experience in customer follow up and networking
- Interior Design and floor planning experience is a plus
- Ability to work various shifts as required including weekends, evenings.
- Off every Sunday and all major holidays
- Prior retail sales experience preferred, however not required
