- Coordinate drawings and models across different trades, utilizing BIM software to detect and resolve construction conflicts and clashes.
- Generate drawings aimed at enhancing field productivity.
- Examine and assess project drawings, applying construction expertise to identify potential issues.
- Develop and maintain 3D models for mechanical systems.
- Conduct visual walkthroughs using the project model.
- Oversee and update BIM project documents.
- Produce layout drawings and Total Station point files.
- Operate Total Station in the field as required.
- Collaborate with shop and foremen to deliver clear and legible drawings and digital models.
- Utilize computer-assisted drafting and design software, including Revit and AutoCAD MEP.
Preferred: 3 years of experience in the BIM profession
Preferred: Mechanical and plumbing systems experience
