Job Summary:
Fallin's RV Center, Inc. is seeking experienced RV Service Technicians. The ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of experience in RV repair and diagnostics. Electrical, carpentry, and trim experience is a big plus.
Qualities: Some experience as an RV Technician. RVIA certification is ideal but not required. Well versed in maintenance and repair. Strong attention to detail. Self motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team. A strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast paced results driven environment. Willing to adhere to service procedure and job specific step by step how to guides. Able to learn, teach and be taught
Requirements: Proficiency with basic tools, drills, saws, multi meters, etc. Good reliable transportation to and from work. Drivers license with a good clean record. Physical ability to lift 75lbs or more. Ability to drive large RV vehicles and tow/move large trailers. A strong moral compass.
Responsibilities: Diagnose issues based on experience, analysis, and testing. Discuss problems with customers and examine RV's to determine the cause of a problem. Present job cost estimates, and parts replacement needs/suggestions. Remove damaged exterior/interior panels then repair or replace. Troubleshoot hydraulic, electromechanical, and electronic problems. Complete repairs to water and sewage plumbing, LP lines, and electrical wiring as needed. Perform solar panel and battery system installations. Repair HVAC as well as AC and heating with LP and Heat Pumps. Perform axle wheel bearing service, install/inspect brakes on travel trailers and 5th wheels. Cabinetry/carpentry. Repair LP gas systems for water heater, refrigerator, furnaces and stoves. Repairing and installing awnings. Ensure that final work product meets quality standards.
