Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various dental procedures and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. opportunity is in a rural setting. A Dentist could easily live in Burleson, or Waco area and commute. 13 operatory practice , laser, 2 cerec machines, 3 intra oral scanners, cbct. This is a strong surgical based practice Providing the ultimate patient comprehensive care model. This is a great opportunity for a new dentist to learn surgery. Implants are very routine in our office and our patients love them. We average 3-5 all on 4 cases a month. 3rd molars, straight wire ortho, invisalign. Average of 100-140 new pts a month. This is a great opportunity to learn from an owner dentist who is a leader in the profession.

Responsibilities:

- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Conduct routine check-ups and cleanings
- Diagnose and treat oral health issues
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
- Manage patient records and treatment plans
- Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists

Requirements:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
- State licensure to practice dentistry
- Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental practice management software
- Experience in four-handed dentistry techniques
- Knowledge of medical imaging for diagnostics
- Understanding of dental anatomy and general dentistry principles
- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry and endodontic procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex dental terms to patients
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental office environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry

Pay: $10,000.00 - $250,000.00 per month
