Front Desk Receptionist
Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer support.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Responsible for maintaining appearance and order of oral surgery office, patient management and patient scheduling
- Gather information from patients upon arrival by having
them fill out forms, conduct patient insurance verifications, schedule and confirm
appointments, receive patient payments, record them in a database, and provide receipts to patients
Skills :
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computerized systems and software applications
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Knowledge of office management procedures
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is beneficial
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional proofreading abilities
