Apple Autos is currently conducting interviews and will be accepting applications for a Full-Time New & Used Vehicle Biller.

We offer centralized accounting at our 7200 150th Street W, Apple Valley location.

Job Summary :

The main responsibility of this role will be to process new and used car deals following all processes and legal guidelines.

Job Responsibilities :

• Payoff stock units at the factory and banks
• Pull contracts for warranty companies and banks
• Process billing in Reynolds operating system
• Verify all documents are completed and correct
• Reports new vehicle sales and claims rebates
• Report all used vehicle and CPO sales
• Maintain and clean weekly schedules; Inventory, Flooring, Rebates and CPO’s
• Scan deals into the Systems
• Receipt checks and file
• Misc.

Job Requirements :

• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Previous experience in a dealership preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to think critically, make sound judgments, and possess strong organization skills
• Self-directed, motivated, and detail oriented
• A professional appearance and customer oriented attitude
• Represent Apple Auto Groups with the highest level of professionalism and customer service

MS Office Suite, Manufacturer websites, Phones, File Sharing
