Job description
The master level Therapist or master level licensed therapist will provide individual and group therapy to clients in a residential setting that suffer from substance use disorder. The person chosen for this position will provide treatment planning, assistance in navigating clients through programming, and will be an active member of the MDT and treatment team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plan
*Conduct group therapy sessions within assigned intensive program
*Collaborate with multidisciplinary team, community professionals, and community agencies to ensure continuity of care
*Maintain timely clinical documentation in compliance with the programs policies and regulatory standards
*Maintain and enhances knowledge of current clinical practice
*Maintain at all times the confidentiality of former and current clients protected health information, as directed by state and federal law, and program policy. Additionally, maintain confidentiality in any position with access to employee personal information.
*Attend all meetings per program requirements
*Complete all assigned mandatory trainings
*Perform other duties as assigned
*Provide individual therapy to clients
*Assist clients in transitioning through program

*Engages in self-evaluation process, seeking feedback regarding own practice through supervision
Qualifications:
*Master level counselor with or with out licensed
*one year of clinical experience preferred
* If not licensed must agree to supervision to on track to get license
