The primary purpose of this job position is to be responsible for general kitchen help. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Food and station prep. Food delivery to diners. Set up dish machine and fill pot sinks. Check trash cans throughout shift; dispose of properly. Remove and bus dish racks to proper storage areas. Remove clean dishes from dish room and return them to appropriate area of the kitchen. Sweep and mop all floors in the kitchen, Grille and service center. Break down dish machine and clean. Complete cleaning tasks as assigned Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
