Genie Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for a LTAC facility in Wheeling, WV

Shift: 3x12s Nights

Hourly Rate: $50

Duties:

- Provide direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients across the healthcare continuum.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes in health status.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

- Valid RN license in WV
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
- Proficiency in acute pain management techniques and IV infusion.
- Experience working with Athenahealth or similar electronic health record systems.
- Familiarity with geriatric care principles and outpatient procedures.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
