Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression

- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately

- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally

- Assist with reservations and room assignments

- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

- Perform night audit duties as required

Requirements:

- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software applications

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy

- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus
