Located in Westwood, Neroli Ristorante is a 250 seat, upscale casual dining Italian restaurant. Neroli is committed to creating traditional Italian cuisine using only the finest ingredients and classic preparation. Seeking applicants who can handle take-out for our guests, ensure all take-out guidelines, specifications and quality of service standards are met. Applicants should be enthusiastic, open to instruction, willing to learn, and able to work quickly and efficiently. Host presence at the front desk is required at all times to extend an appropriate welcome, farewell and a sincere invitation for our guests return.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to perform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Must be able to handle guest incidents/complaints.
• Must be knowledgeable of Neroli Ristorante menus, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to handle cash and payments accurately.
• Must be well versed in Point of Sale and Reservation systems. Experience with OpenTable a plus
• Excellent phone skills, with the ability to multitask, and take orders over the phone, as well as book reservations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leads by example and demonstrates good judgment.
• Exhibits and uses good manners, proper personal hygiene, positive attitude, and promptness
