**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, handling, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen environment. **Duties:** - Support the kitchen staff in preparing food items - Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables and preparing salads - Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas - Handle kitchen equipment and utensils with care - Follow food safety guidelines and procedures - Help in catering events and food service activities - Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations **Skills:** - Experience or knowledge in food handling and preparation - Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment - Understanding of basic culinary techniques - Knowledge of food safety standards and practices - Ability to work well in a fast-paced restaurant environment - Proficiency in using knives and other kitchen tools - Strong teamwork and communication skills If you have a passion for the culinary arts and enjoy working in a dynamic kitchen setting, we welcome you to apply for the Kitchen Assistant position.
