My client, a PE backed portfolio company, in the renewable energy space is looking to hire a Financial Analyst.

As a Development Analyst, you will help support decisions around capital spending, operating budgets, and long-term planning.

My client is looking for someone with project based FP&A experience, rather than traditional Corproate FP&A.

Responsibilities

● Collaborate with clients, vendors, employees, and executives to identify strengths and weaknesses of business processes.

● Perform quantitative analysis of operational and financial data.

● Build and manage financial databases by organizing and analyzing a wide range of data sources.

● Prepare financial reports for internal use at the company by collecting, analyzing, formatting, and presenting the information.

● Evaluate new projects and investment opportunities by comparing them.

● Value the company’s assets by appraising their current condition and useful life.

● Recommend financing structures (debt and equity) and consider the company’s cost of capital.

● Build budgets and forecasts of future company performance.

● Build and maintain a corporate financial model that details the entire company’s operations and projects future performance.
