Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA at Spring Health ABA Center, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized ABA treatment plans to help our clients achieve their goals and maximize their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the strengths and needs of clients.
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings and client goals.
  • Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members.
  • Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and analysis.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
  • Conduct regular meetings and trainings for staff and caregivers.
  • Stay current with best practices and research in the field of ABA.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Dedication to upholding ethical standards and best practices in the field of ABA.
