REQUIREMENTS
- Preferred High School Diploma Completion of High School or GED program required.
- Less than 2 years Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant course required. Previous experience as a CNA / Home Health Aide, preferably in a Medicare Certified Program, preferred. Required
- CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant
- CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider
- CHPNA - Certified Hospice Palliative Nurse Assistant
- Carroll County Health Service Corp Carroll Hospital Nursing ALL CNA PA - CNA PENN
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Fleet Safety Requirements. Must have reliable transportation. Must have communicate (both orally and written) effectively to patients and families.
Must be able to adapt to changes in schedules, assignments and geographical locations.
