General Laborer

Garland New Homes Inc. is currently seeking General Laborers to join their team in Westlake, Ohio! We are known for our customization of quality homes since 1997 while making the entire process as comfortable and enjoyable as possible for our customers. We are looking for motivated individuals that will join us in these efforts and help us continue to grow!

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

The right candidates will have:

• 2 years’ experience in a construction and/or general labor position required
• Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass a pre-employment driving record check
• Self-motivation and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate verbally and through writing with customers and coworkers

Our General Laborers will be responsible for (with training):

• Light cleaning of construction sites
• Cabinetry putty and touch up
• Use of power tools
• Painting as needed
• Light framework
• Measuring
• Caulking
• Drywall fixes
• Digging by hand as needed
• Power washing
