About the role :

Join our exceptional team at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village as a Housekeeping Turndown Attendant ! Be part of our commitment to providing unparalleled guest experiences by ensuring rooms are cleaned and prepared for a restful night's sleep.

As a Turndown Attendant, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, working in the early evening to create a welcoming space for our guests.

What you will do :

• Receive a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift; Remove used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet;
• Wipe down any wet surfaces in the bathroom; Fold any clothing left in room and place it in appropriate spot; Remove Room Service trays, dishes and carts to service landings;

Close drapes, reduces lighting and prepares bed.

Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationary and pens

Prepares unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests

Performs full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when needed

What you bring :

High school education or equivalent

Previous Housekeeping Experience is a plus

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

Successful candidates must posses legal United States work authorization
