As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience. ```Duties```
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Manage the waitlist and estimate wait times accurately
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
- Provide information about daily specials and promotions
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Assist with seating arrangements for large parties or special events

```Skills```
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
- Experience working in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively

Pay: $17.00 - $21.58 per hour
