Our top client is looking for a Process Engineer! A process engineer optimises and improves the efficiency of an organisation's manufacturing and industrial processes. They ensure the smooth functioning of production lines, develop new techniques, modify existing designs and coordinate process improvement projects.
Is this you?? The process engineer will be working on the shop floor; supporting any issues and troubleshooting the machines, Manual/CNC lathes, mills, grinding machines.
The primary responsibilities of process engineers include analysing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance operational performance. These professionals work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate workflows, identify bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions to improve productivity and quality. They also implement lean manufacturing principles, conduct process audits and develop standard operating procedures
