**Job Overview:**

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Associate Managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in store and retail management, sales, and shift management.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store

- Interview, hire, and train new employees

- Manage store inventory, including ordering and restocking

- Ensure excellent customer service standards are met

- Handle cash transactions and oversee cash handling procedures

- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently

- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors for competitive pricing

- Assist in budgeting and financial planning

**Skills:**

- Proficient in interviewing and hiring practices

- Experience in store management and retail operations

- Strong sales skills with a focus on achieving targets

- Ability to manage shifts effectively

- Proficient in cash handling procedures

- Knowledge of buying processes and inventory management

- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transactions

- Strong negotiation skills for vendor interactions
