Primary ResponsibilitiesAid designated loan officers in submitting loans and tracking documents.
Perform administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and organizing loan documentation.
Acquire familiarity with various stages of the loan process, including applications, credit reports, disclosures, transcripts, and loan programs.
Create marketing materials to showcase NVR Mortgage services and products.
QualificationsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational capabilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications and Encompass software.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of effective teamwork.
Previous experience in customer service or mortgage banking is advantageous.
