Establish guidelines : Set a company's vision, financial outline, and guidelines for completed proposals
Prepare proposals : Research potential clients, prepare work plans, organize content, and create project outlines
Edit proposals : Design and edit the final proposal document
Communicate proposals : Use graphic layouts and presentations to explain the proposal
Ensure deadlines are met : Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely completion
Administrative tasks : Handle printing, binding, and mailing
Assemble and review project deliverables for quality assurance
Develop procedures and standards for business processes
