Axzons Home Health Care is a New York State licensed HomeCare Agency who is passionate about providing care for those in need. The very foundation of Axzons Home Health Care is based on professionalism and having excellent experienced Caregivers. We are looking for a AIDE in Suffolk County for our next addition to our rapidly growing team.

HHA/PCA/Caregiver

Required:

• Valid New York State HHA or PCA Certificate a must
• Driver’s License and/or any 2 forms of ID
• Recent physical from your doctor
• Bilingual Speaking

The Job:

• HHA/PCA personal care assistance
• Preparing meals if requested by the client
• Following the care plan provided by the agency which may include helping patient with daily functions such as dressing or taking bath
• Maintaining Daily Time-Sheets and reporting to nurses if there is a change in the patients’ health status
• Scheduling doctors’ appointments if requested by the client

Hours of Job:

• 8 hours everyday

Pay: $19.00- $22.00 per hour
