Sterling Engineering is Hiring a CAD Drafter Near Westchester, IL
Salary: $50-85k - based on experience
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting civil engineering plans
- Designing roadway and associated projects
- Developing underground utility and storm water projects
- Planning site development projects
- Assisting project managers and engineers in plan preparation
- Keeping abreast of the latest CADD technology and client requirements
- High school diploma with an Associate’s degree or certificate in drafting technology or related field
- Preferred experience with Illinois DOT’s or local agencies
- Previous involvement in plan preparation, plan and profiles, cross-sections, and infrastructure enhancements
- Two (2) to five (5) years of AutoCAD Civil 3D experience; MicroStation proficiency is advantageous
