Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Duties:
- Develop and implement project plans, including goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Monitor project progress and ensure we meet timelines and budgets for each project
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Collaborate with lead foreman to ensure successful project execution
- Supervise project team members and provide guidance and support as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis techniques
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
