Residential Program Manager
We are looking for a section 21 group home residential manager to be responsible for the oversight of our 6 homes in Westbrook. Our homes are 2 person each, located in 2 triplexes five minutes from each other. We are a no restraint program.
Candidates must exemplify a strong work ethic, responsibility, compassion and knowledge of working with adults with IDD. DSP, CRMA and at least 5 years of increasing responsibility with supervisory experience required. Familiarity with Therap is a plus
Our program managers support our team leads and work alongside them in the homes when needed. Daily onsite presence during a variety of shifts in all 6 homes is a requirement, in order to lead by example and provide on-site training and mentoring. The program manager will also have set days spent in our Yarmouth office working with our Director of Residential programs.
Other responsibilities include:
Interviewing and involvement in orientation and training of new hires
Developing individualized care plans
Oversee daily operation of the homes
Ensure a secure, safe environment
Ability to build and support a safe and respectful community, for residents and staff
Oversee daily operations of the group homes
Requirements:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
