Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Influence behavior and inspire commitment on the part ofall personnel in complying with safety standards and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Conduct training and coach associates on observed workhabits in support of this effort.
- Support efforts to ensure compliance with corporatesafety expectations and applicable federal and state law.
- Identify and inform management of compliance issues,safety risks and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate incident investigation process.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience observing and communicating safety matterspreferred
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to analyze accident data, new processes, andmachinery for potential safety concerns and conduct job hazard and job safety analyses.
