We are looking for a Kitchen Manager for one of our casual dining restaurants. The Kitchen Manager provides leadership for the kitchen functions of their restaurant, with primary focuses on inventory control, purchasing, personnel supervision and direction and food production.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide visible leadership to management and employees
• Build and maintain a strong, dynamic restaurant team and provide clear direction on a wide range of menu items and food safety issues
• Model a professional image in language and behavior; as necessary, coach, discipline, and/or terminate the staff according to company policy
• Assist in achieving financial targets with integrity; diligently monitor production output and food costs
• Actively recruit and select new team members according to department staffing requirements in accordance with our EEO policy statement
