Job Overview:
Mount Lebanon School is looking for a Speech Language Assistant to join the team for the 2024-2025 academic year and beyond. The Speech Language Assistant (SLA) will provide prevention and remediation services for students who demonstrate difficulties in the areas of language, speech, pragmatics, voice, and fluency to help eliminate or reduce speech and hearing impairments that interfere with the individual student’s ability to derive full benefit from the District’s educational program.
Requirements:
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required
- Prior experience as a Speech Language Assistant
- A 2 year Associate’s Degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology, communication sciences & disorders, or regional accrediting bodies.
