Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.

Duties:
- well versed in social media and content strategy, manage social media accounts

-update website content on a weekly, bi-weekly basis
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to meet targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Oversee store maintenance and cleanliness

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management with a focus on team management
- Strong budgeting skills and understanding of retail math
- Excellent organizational abilities to maintain a well-run shop
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems for efficient transactions
- well versed in social media and strategy
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with customers and staff
